Added authentication for Neo4j 2.2, and new API for py2neo 2.0. #30

Hi,

I've just started using mETL to get my Neo4j DBs populated, and found that it was in need of an update for a few things that changed since Neo4j 2.2 and py2neo 2.0.

Thanks for this great tool, it's already saved me a lot of time.
