English documentation #7

I realize that I can go very basic steps with the documetation translated via google translate, but it's quite hard to read and I fear it will be hard to learn doing actual and more complex work like that.

I'll try, though. And if I see further that I can and will keep using mETL, I also volunteer to heölp with this documentation.

BTW: what I probably can provide is a start for an english document in form of a quickstart info on how to get started with some simple data.

Henning, you're so kind. There's a total translation and an intro presentation in the making, but summer vacations are causing some hiccups. :)

if you have anything even halfway ready or in whatever state you could put it into the git (maybe a branch for not yet complete docs to have everything separated in a gitflow style) so I could check, start to help, and maybe it also helps me getting started in conjunction with the google translation I have
