Forgot to note. I'm running Ubuntu 13.04, but I think I ran the make script under 12.04.
Thanks for reporting! – Are you sure you used the latest version of ceur-make? I recall that I had encountered such a bug recently, but I think I fixed it with commit c68aefd in July. Could you please download a new version (e.g. git pull
) and try again?
I was working from a tarball I downloaded on July 10. So it sounds likely that this is a report on a bug that was already fixed.
I'll try to do that when I get a chance. I've mostly worked with SVN and am still a git novice. Also, the proceedings are now up on CEUR (thanks to you) and the urgency is past, plus first week of classes.

I'm sorry I didn't reply earlier. When I mentioned git pull
I had thought you had originally downloaded ceur-make with git. If you downloaded a tarball, just download a new one from https://github.com/clange/ceur-make/archive/master.tar.gz or https://github.com/clange/ceur-make/archive/master.zip.
After running make, for some reason the link for each paper in index.html was "$pdf" instead of "paper-01.pdf" &c.
