Randomly choose when start bad whether begins and when it ends

I'll do something that determines how much of the crowd is kids and how much is adults during each part of the day and make that relate to ride appeals/rides

^^ I will have two types of customers: kids and adults. The kids will be willing to wait in line longer than adults will.
