Added a food "ride" where the appeal changes as you hit peak hours (maxtime/2 +/- 110 min) (around 2 hours before and after noon)
Hashed together very quickly so there may be some bugs. Might change the appeal system to an exponential/ dependent on time formula so that it isn't static.
