Changed Ride and Park functions to implement rain into the Theme Park. During rain attendance will be cut in half , rides with an appeal of .8 or higher will close if they are outdoors , the appeal of indoor rides go up, all of the rides are printed individually in order to see the individual change, ride by ride (also when printing it tells you whether the ride is an indoor ride or an outdoor ride).
