14 years ago removed gtk-ctafconf, this will be replaced by a python gui, some day.
gtk-ctafconf/COPYING and gtk-ctafconf/INSTALL are broken symbolic links to /usr/share/automake-1.10/COPYING and /usr/share/automake-1.10/INSTALL but on my up-to-date Karmic Koala ubuntu i have /usr/share/automake-1.11. So you might want to replace those links with regular files copyied from /usr/share/automake-1.1*
