Shuffles a built-in list of Japanese Romaji and presents them one character at a time.
Useful when testing your knowledge of Hiragana. (Draw the corresponding Hiragana from memory.)
Requires Python 3.
Works for sure in IDLE on Windows and BASH on Linux.
Probably works in Terminal.app on Mac.
Does NOT work in PowerShell or CMD on Windows. (See Issues.)
