InterviewStream: automatically add flag if touched by at least one telephonic interviewers #571

In every survey, we need to be able to export the fact that a telephonic interviewr did touch the interview or not (for auditing, for export, etc.)

What do you want the join to show exactly? The number of users who touched the interview in interviewer mode or just the fact that it was touched? Do you also want to see the number of users who opened in validation mode?

Just the fact that it was touched would be enough. No need for validation users
