generator: Provide a working generator example in Evolution #792

There is an example yaml and excel file in the repo, but they are not updated and currently do not work. It should be updated so that from the main repo, we can generate the section/widget code from the generator

@samuel-duhaime PR #794 adds a working demo with the very minimal xlsx file that was provided. I just fixed what didn't work anymore.

But from your experience, if you think of anything else that should be part of the demo to make sure we completely test all the features of the generator (the goal being to avoid breaking generated code with evolution changes), you can add all the necessary additional stuff to test (or open issues describine what else should be tested)
