The run_otg_main_script2 section separately calculates the deahk msids. and in that step moves the .tl file around unnecessarily.

This will apply to the rewrite of the run_otg_main _script as well which focuses on the OTG tl files. IN general we should have all these intermediary files be located in a defined space where it's commonly understood that we can remove them ( provided they are not in the middle of being processed).
