Update MARS YAML file for Chinese metric translations #102

Since the Chinese translations for the metrics belonging to the current release cycle are complete. We can now proceed to update the YAML file for MARS.

Refer to this README for details about updating the YAML file.

Please make sure all edits made to the metrics are accommodated. Some metrics may be edited following the review period

Yes, the YAML can be updated. This is not the final signal though. Following the metrics review period, some of the metrics candidates will be edited. The translations won’t be complete until those edits are translated.

@klumb Hi Kevin, are there any more metrics needed to be updated before release?

Hi @eyehwan , yes I believe there are more metrics that are still being edited. Common should have 2 or 3. I will do an audit tomorrow and Friday and let you know. We gave the working groups until the 15th to finish edits.

We will likely publish the English version of the metrics on the 18th.

I was thinking we would publish the Chinese translation a week later.
