The wg-DEI for Spanish translations is missing the focus-areas table and individual READMEs for each focus-areas.
Currently, I've added them as per the English version as a placeholder. Each README contains a tag at the end that says -
This README needs to be translated to Spanish
The metric markdowns are also modified according to the latest metrics template.
