All ghosts have the same speed. #1

Because of this. Some ghosts may disappear from the map.

Note: they aren't disappearing. It's only because they are in the same cell so the last ghost in the array is drawn on top of the other ghosts.

Solution: Giving them different speeds, may fix this problem
