Obviously with tensorflow.js . I do believe it has to be a NeuroEvolution Model.

I don't really know how this works. But i'm gonna list out some things here. Possible inputs. The distance from PACMAN to the rest of the ghosts.

Just made a branch for the neuroevolution thing.

The AI is sort of done. BUT ... I have no way of telling if this is working.

The AI is dumb as shit. gonna change how I assess each bird i.e fitness
