Bot must be being detected

2 accounts have been restricted,1 saying please contact Microsoft rewards (is that a straight ban) If it’s multi accounts I thought the household limit was 6 I’m at that P.s not tried the other account's Is it bot detection or multiple accounts(as I’m not breaking the tos with 6 accounts?

think restricted is temp ban. my brother and I got both our accounts banned pretty sure my ban was from the multi account per household thing i was pretty sure you could have multiple accounts if it was per house hold but it looks like they might have changed the tos to 1 rewards account per household ,my brother didnt use a bot at all so ... sucks lol. heres a pic of what i am sure is my rewards account perma banned
