`vhs-action` appears to have broken with the most recent version. #256

Hi there! This could be an issue on my end where I missed something, but I was attempting to setup vhs-action to run in our CI, and there appears to be a bug during vhs-action's step related to the most recent v0.7.2.

For reference, here is the initial run without the version set to v0.7.1, and the run that succeeded can be found here.

I am running into this as well.

Adding VHS to PATH
Running VHS
Error: Unable to locate executable file: /opt/hostedtoolcache/vhs/0.7.2/x64/vhs. Please verify either the file path exists or the file can be found within a directory specified by the PATH environment variable. Also check the file mode to verify the file is executable.
