Obligation to link a place / event / journey to a path

At present, too little data is linked to paths and vice versa. Yet this is at the heart of the project's value proposition.

Something that isn't linked to a path doesn't make much sense on the platform.

If someone wants to post their place around theme x, they shouldn't do it in isolation. There needs to be a collective dynamic with other dynamic places.

We can encourage them to look for friends, or motivate them to identify other places likely to post on the same theme.

On that part, i wonder if this is relevant to make it mandatory or not, as i cannot clearly see, for now, the added value of Path compared to what is already available with Tags (Wikidata) in term of categorization/classification/taxonomy..

Confirmed: places, events, and journey need to be linked to at least one path.
