Scenario
When I select "Highlight", the list of colours is shown. The list of colours is larger than the panel, therefore a scroll bar appears.
Problem
Since there is always a scroll bar, when I move the mouse to select a colour, the list will "jump".
Proposed solution
An easy fix is to set the height of the list to take account of the number of colours in the default list, so that there is no need for a scroll bar. Currently it shows 5 colours for me, while there are 9 colours in the default list.
An alternative solution is to increase the size by around 30%, so that the "jump" is less noticeable.
