Minor UI thing. I'm not sure if they're meant to work, but I guess it'd be nice to be able to link to the individual tabs directly.
For example: going straight to http://www.tabbie.org/Vienna-EUDC-2015/#speaker-tab selects the "Speaker Tab" tab, but does not actually display the speaker tab until you click on another tab, and then return to the "Speaker Tab" tab.
