Editing: Use "Alpha Sigil" throughout instead of "Alpha-Sigil" #115

I was waffling on if I wanted the Alpha Sigil to be important enough that it is written with a hyphen, and I think in the end I'm going to go with just "Alpha Sigil". But there are likely several places in the text where I do use "Alpha-Sigil", for example, when Glitch is giving the 0th exercise.
