Get a list of topics by either SAY HELLO to GLITCH or TOPICS after starting conversation with Glitch
Example Output
>say hello to glitch
Glitch waves at me and says "Great to see you! It is perfectly delectable that a goody-two-shoes like you is finally getting into the real cool magic. Little Ada is all grown up and taking off the training wheels."
(I could GIVE the can of soda TO Glitch; or ask Glitch about Glitch, Glitch Space, or Chronomancy; or tell Glitch about myself, Malia, or the can of fruit punch soda.)
Expected Output

Comments
My original TODO for this suggested upper-casing all words that could be typed, such as "GLITCH" as the interlocutor or "CHRONOMANCY" as a subject. This would match the casing on TUTORIAL, but I'm beginning to feel like it might be too much capital letters. It might be worth considering a more well thought out style for signaling words the Playerr can type.
