Running the project

From the repo:
- Download a zip of the repository locally
- Extract zip
- Install node.js in project root
- Run npm i in both the /server and /client folders
- Create .env files in /server and /client from the .env.example.server and .env.example.client files
- Run npm start in both /server and /client
