Rename learn_filter to learn_filter_modified_for_test

The learn_filter.sk in example_specs folder is the modified version of learn_filter.c in domino. So we just rename it to avoid confusion.

@XiangyuG: I think this was a normal merge instead of a squash merge, which resulted in 2 commits for this here: https://github.com/chipmunk-project/chipmunk-tofino/commits/master

Can we try and only use squash merges in the future? It simplifies the git history.

Oh yeah! I think I misused the merge this time and I will only use squash merges in the future.
