384 confirmation on withdrawal #422

Added a confirmation of withdrawal screen. That needed to restructure the flow of the Withdraw tab. Now there are 3 steps:

  1. Withdraw form
  2. Confirm withdrawal
  3. Withdrawal Result screen with tx details
