Switch to interactive plotly outputs for retrospective plots #169

It is currently difficult to quickly identify outliers on the static image plots generated for the retrospective tabs. Using the plotly versions of openff-arsenic plots for the statically-generated site would help here, and also make the plots more browseable generally.
