Not working on fresh rebooting. #23

It's working well on hot rebooting from Windows system, but not working when booting from the power on. I think, the usb is a usb drive when fresh booting after powering on, it's not a wifi usb adapter. I found it's working on 5G, but not working on 2.4G.
