An old D-Link project that I redid to adapt it to new macOS System
This utility Works from macOS Catalina 10.15 to Sequoia 15
- SIP Security and Gatekeeper must be disable

For SIP Activate ➣ Notarized-RT2870USBWirelessDriver

- Install ➣ /Library/Extensions/RT2870USBWirelessDriver.kext
- Install ➣ /Applications/Wifi-Utility.app
For OpenCore
- Install ➣ /RT2870USBWirelessDriver.kext EFI System Partition /EFI/OC/kexts.
- Install ➣ /Applications/Wifi-Utility.app
For Clover
- Install ➣ /RT2870USBWirelessDriver.kext EFI System Partition /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other.
- Install ➣ /Applications/Wifi-Utility.app

The tests are carried out with an Alfa AWUS036ACM adapter which is more recognized at 5gig USB speed in macOS Monterey 12 See Result ➤ 5gig USB speed

- Video in three stages, NO-1 /Library/Extensions, NO-2 clover, NO-3 OpenCore
- NOTE: stages, NO-1 /Library/Extension takes more time; you can advance ⏭ the video to the installation stage.
- Users who have an active Wifi service can create an Internet Sharing with a Wifi Access point and you can exit the Wifi-Utility.app
