Feedback buttons now open an issue report #74

Clicking the 👍/👎 buttons opens the in-app dialog and then on submit launches the url for creating a github issue. Added a native module to fetch version information.

Pushed an update to the store with this (version 1.0.21). The launch to feedback is in there but the version information doesn't seem to be populated. May be a difference in release builds. Need to investigate.
