The extension is no longer compatible with the SDNext (vlad) fork of A1111. A recent change in that fork has gotten rid of the styles.csv in the main folder and replaced its entries with individual _stylename.json files. These are kept in the models/styles folder, or wherever the user chooses to store them via the "Path to user-defined styles file" in the System Paths settings tab.
