Thanks. I am looking at this - https://www.police.govt.nz/about-us/publications-statistics/data-and-statistics/policedatanz/victimisation-time-and-place , but it is not downloadable at mesh block or area unit level.

And the link you shared does not work :( It will be great if you can share this.

Looks like that's the right link @Jeeva-G - if you wait for it to load then click on the "Download" tab, there's a link on there that takes you to the meshblock level download :)

Unfortunately no, the download option there shows a dataset which is not providing any mesh block details when i download. :(
