UNKNOWN_ERROR when sandbox set to True

I'm trying since a few hours to validate fake ticket using sandbox mode, but the result is always 'UNKNOWN_ERROR'.

All constructor parameters are correct.

In addition to when I try with live mode the message is always 'Unauthorised' with absolutely no more infos why not authorised.

My app is granted and active.
