Feature Request: Unified Tab Groups accross windows. #47

Many issues with moving tabs between windows could be resolved if we could have unified groups across windows instead of just different groups for different windows.

This should be an option, as I'm sure plenty do prefer the current behavior, but considering the extension doesn't even function in private browsing I see no security risk from allowing to have a single pool of tab groups for multiple windows.

This would easily resolve issues #38 and #30 for example.

I see that this was opened a while ago, but I would love to see this too. I can't seem to move anything except individual tabs to new windows and then move to a group within it - Not a deal breaker, but would be a huge improvement...even if it was optional and not default behaviour
