The best match for that game name I can find is "Kemono Friends 3", so I'll be adding that unless corrected.

PST is an inactive timezone and 8 AM equates to 1 AM JST. With 8 AM PST this equates 12 AM JST. For both these reasons, I'll be assuming 8 AM PST was just a mistake, and be setting the server daily reset time as 12AM JST.
