Feature CPD-1009: Customer point of contact export

Created a new api endpoint which will return all contacts linked to customers, which customer they are a linked to, and whether the customer they are linked to has any running or queued subscriptions

💭 Motivation and context

This feature was requested by the client in order to facilitate mailing lists.
