Feature: Set dirty stats to true on initialize

On initialize, reset dirty stats to true, so that data can be recalculated to match with new processes.

💭 Motivation and context

Changes to the way the time intervals stats operate require them to be recalculated, otherwise the time intervals chart will not render for the cycle report.
