feat: a-slider updates

Resolves #949 - Magnetic updates to slider (this was actually harder than it looks I swear 😄)

This PR:

• Updates styling and functionality without entire refactor
• Deprecated validation, but left in for backward compatibility
• Adds logic to show more accurate positioning with ticks

DRAFT needs:

• [x] Usage audit (No one is using ASlider - may completely delete deprecations, but could do in the follow up PR)
• [x] Testing in repos (loaded appropriately on IM)
• [x] Functionality - Change calculation to show more accurate positioning rather than just evenly spaced - get ticks as close as possible to label. (Note* absolute perfect positioning of ticks is slightly off in design as well)

In follow up PR will

• [ ] Convert to typescript (too extensive of changes and might include unintentional breaking due to tightening up)
• [ ] Add unit tests in ts
• [ ] Add tooltips to labels

Putting back to draft to see if we can further clean up by deleting string labels version since it is not in design. Also need to check step values and max values as those seemed off.

Follow up - did end up removing string labels in our example - there was just something not right about the positioning and it is not in magnetic designs.

Edit - late night epiphany and was able to center the string labels, so brought them back

Will be adding tooltips to keep in line with other lib
