added placeholder email signin page #59

With the current dev branch, if you attempt to sign-in via email, you are redirected to a non-existant page. This PR adds a placeholder page that would indicate that a verification email has been sent.

i don't know what i'm doing so i copied the 500.txt page and changed the text 👍
