Running list of minor app changes for the Data Tracker work order integration

Finance System - Inventory Requests

Removed "Work Order" conditionals from new inventory request form
created DATA_TRACKER_RECORD_ID
created WORK_ORDER_SOURCE (default = AMD Data Tracker)
created WORK_ORDER_URL_GENERATOR and DATA_TRACKER_WORK_ORDER_URL and added to request details.

@dianamartin i'm making some changes to the inventory requests object/pages. Please hold off on tweaking anything there for now.

Data Tracker

Accounts

Created short text FINANCE_SYSTEM_ACCOUNT_ID to match the user accounts in Data Tracker to the inventory requester accounts in the Finance system.

Work Orders

Created text formula field CREATED_BY_FINANCE_ACCOUNT_ID to match the MODIFIED_BY account ID in Data Tracker to the CREATED_BY account in the Finance system
Created text formula field FINANCE_INVENTORY_REQUEST_ID to match the record ID of inventory request to the work order in data tracker.

Inventory Items

create ITEM_ID_FINANCE_SYSTEM to match item ID in data tracker to finance system.

Inventory Transactions

Add TRANSMISSION_STATUS field to track integration status of each transaction.
Created FINANCE_SYSTEM_KNACK_RECORD_ID to match transactions in the Finance system to transactions in the Data Tracker
Create ITEM_ID_FINANCE_SYSTEM text formula .
