Describe the problem.

Smart Mobility and Signs & Markings banner staff had some enhancements/changes that they would like to make on the Street Banners Application.

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

Filter Update: 1 • Change filter to include any application status other than “Needs Review” where ‘Delivered’ field is “No” • Nick wants to remove the “Send Drop-Off” email column because they don’t send emails that way. He almost always calls if a banner hasn’t been dropped off.

Filter Update: 1 • Make sure filter includes both Pick-Up yes and no (sometimes customers pick up even though they note in the application that they won’t pick up).

Lamppost and Over-the-street Banner Applications:

Customer Action: 3

• Would like to merge two statuses “Pending Customer Action” and “Completed Customer Action” to an “In-Progress” status. This would be the status before the application is “Approved – Pending Payment”.
• Remove “Customer Action” Y/N field
• Update the customers application review page so they don’t have to click “Action Completed” after uploading a new location/banner design/other changes. o Still allow them to add attachments and make changes to locations as needed. o Still allow banners staff to send emails through the “add comment” feature (just don’t have statuses change with this).

Record Rule Update: 1

• Add status change rule to “Edit Application Details page” so when “Payment Received” is updated to Yes, the status changes from “Approved – Pending Payment” to “Approved”. This rule already exists on this field from the applications dashboard page, but Nick sometimes makes those edit this way as well.

  This filter did not need to be changed. It only shows records in "Work Order Status" = Work Complete

QA/QC Notes for 10/11

• Filter updates have been done for Lamppost Banners that match the screenshot from Diana
• The filter updates for Over The Street Banners look similar to lamppost filters
• The "Will pick-up view" includes both yes/no records on the table
• The "Send drop-off" email column is removed from the table view as confirmed
• The "Edit LPB Application" and the "Edit OTS Application" currently have no record rules

I believe Susanne reviewed a while back. I don't think any further action needs to be taken on this. Closing
