It currently reads "11. Proof of insurance documentation that names the City of Austin as an additional insured"
Item 11. on the Application would read "Proof of insurance documentation that names the City of Austin as additional insured, and a signed copy of the "Terms and Conditions of License" must be submitted."
we add a comment that says they need to upload both documents
