Bug: AGOL missing Task Order Number" attribute

Describe the problem.

The signs_work_order in AGOL is missing a "Task Order Number" attribute. "Task Order Number" field is visible in the Austin open data portal in Street Sign Work Orders but not AGOL. I would like this column added to AGOL as a way to filter sign specifications based on the task order number and have it visualized on the map. This change should also be reflected on the dynamic joins layers.

@johnclary SMD would like to have a field added to the signs data coming from Knack and going into AGOL. Can this field be added to the script to pull the task order number data into the service in AGOL?

@dianamartin Prior to me adding the field to the Sign Work Order data in AGOL, can you confirm that "funding_task_order_number" is the correct field name coming from knack that should be added to the AGOL dataset?

@andrewshensky in Knack the field name is listed as Funding_Task_Order_Number. @johnclary this field exists in the API view already.

Correct—the field should be called funding_task_order_number on the AGOL dataset.

In order to make this change, you will need to follow the steps outlined in this section of the knack services docs.

It looks like the dynamic joins in AGOL between the work order and sign data will need to be removed prior to adding the new field. I will reach out to SMD to coordinate time for the dynamic joins to be removed so this field can be added

I have now removed the dynamic joins, which has allowed me to add the funding_task_order_number field to the work_orders_sign dataset within the Signs_Work_Order_AGOL service. Let me know if any changes or additions are needed to get that field populated.

The Task Order Number field appears to be populating correctly in the main AGOL data and the joined view layers. I will go ahead and close this issue.
