This is a 2-part request:

1. I am following up on an email request sent to Christina for a more user-friendly version of the PM checklist. I will attach the latest version. She said might be able to come up with something easier for the contractor to use than this fillable PDF form which is saved and emailed to us for each PM location.
2. In relation to # 1 (maybe to do in lieu of it?), we would like to request a contractor work ticket in DT. We feel that starting with creating an EARTC PM work ticket would make sense since the information from the PM checklist already resides (at least mostly) within the existing technician work ticket. We would like something where work is assigned, inspected/signed off within DT and the PM checklist and photos can be attached directly to the WRK by the contractor. Then all PMs completed within a month can be selected and invoiced for.

• Jorge scheduled a meeting the morning of 6/28 to discuss PM Contractor Work Order needs.

Requirements

• Page for Contractors to see a table of work orders assigned and issued to them
• add additional requirements here

Work Order field requirements

• Research rich text field that can be used by Gene to submit instructions/information before issuing work out to contractor
  • Needs to be quick and simple for him to use

Preventative Maintenance Check List Form:

• Showed me the Preventative Maintenance form that Diana built last year and said they would want to incorporate this into the Contractor Work Orders
• Requires basic PM form for every work order

Work Log:

• Work Log with bid items filtered based on contract

Inventory:

• Inventory table is needed, but this would only be edited by AMD staff. The Contractors would need a non-editable version of the table to use.
