What assets are being managed?
They will talk to departments about how they handle things like monitors, keyboards, etc. to determine whether they should be treated as consumables or kits.
Will this be more work for departmental IT staff? The goal is to work with these staff to ensure that the system and processes support their workflows. It should save time, not create overhead.
Also, @scottreedy requested CTM show a walkthrough* of the entire process, from within Service Now, of all the screen entries for a device:
