AGOL Admin Account Unable to Access PIO StoryMap to Update Privledges #11950

Our ATD AGOL admin account in unable to access the info page for a storymap PIO created. This is preventing us from changing ownership and sharing to the public. CTM is also unable to perform this functionality with Admin account so they have submitted a ticket with ESRI.

This was identified to be a bug on the esri. The issue arises when a user duplicates a map that currently saved in a collaborative group. In order to remedy the issue, the user needs to move the duplicated storymap to their all content folder in AGOL.
