Fix bug where Traffic Signal Request Details request status will not update

On the Traffic Signal Request Details page, I am unable to update the REQUEST status. Here is an example page: https://atd.knack.com/amd#signal-requests/signal-request-details/581eb3f04648a8b32a1faf26/signal-request-details/581eb3f04648a8b32a1faf26/

If you go to the link above, and try to edit the Request status, any changes are not reflected on this page. I have tried this by going to the EDIT SIGNAL REQUEST button at the top and by going to the Requests at This Location part of the page and selecting the icon under Details and changing it there.

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

I would like to be able to edit the Request Status.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

• "Request Status" field is from signal_request

  When editing Signal Status

• "REQUEST_STATUS_PRE_CONS" field, not REQUEST_STATUS
• [ ] Need to change REQUEST_STATUS_PRE_CONS field to REQUEST_STATUS

After trying to figure out the origin on the "Request Status", it seems like it was a request from Nov 2020 that Renee probably entered in. We're going to circle back with her to find out if we need to keep this field.
