Create a map of roadways inside the ETJ with speed limits inside the interval of 35 and 65 MPH

I was wanting to gather roadways inside COA ETJ that have posted speed limits between 35 MPH up to 65 MPH highlighted on a map if possible.

How soon do you need this?

Flexible — An extended timeline is OK

Is there anything else we should know?

This is not an urgent matter but if possible, I would like to see if its possible to obtain in the next 2-3 weeks, if not I understand

Notes Create new web map and web app in AGOL including all the data below. These should all exist in AGOL and no new data should need to be created
