Create Editable Specialty Point and Line Data Based on Crosswalk Segment IDs #12643

SMD would like specialty point and line data near crosswalks that will be inspected to be added added to existing FieldMaps map. This will allow field staff to inspect the crosswalk of interest for condition as well as other nearby markings.

[x] Identify subset of Specialty points and lines to extract
[x] Add relevant editing field
[x] Publish to AGOL and add to map
[x] Configure new data for FeildMaps application
