City Traffic Engineer

• [x] Add Anna Martin to the CTE drop down list (if Eric is out and a Regulation needs to be signed, she would sign as the CTE)

Creating Reg line items

• [x] Rename to Current Reg Line Item # on retire, retire and replace, install, and blank install
  • Renaming on back end also updated on forms
  • Renamed Next Regulation Line Item #'s to New Regulation Line Item #
• [x] From Block and To Block should be associated to Primary Street (so move these fields on form). Add these fields under the Split Street field.
  • Need to update on Blank Install form
  • Need to update on all edit regulation pages (Draft pages and Review pages)
• [x] Add From Block and To Block to Tow Away Zone sign type
  • Need to change display rules for Tow Away Zone (already fixed Miroboard)
  • Need to update display rules for all edit regulation pages and blank install form

Draft Regulations

• Allow option to edit remarks for an entire regulation during the process of building the regulation. Typically, authors would add remarks at the end before submitting for review.
  • [x] Add Remarks button to the left of Add Attachments
  • [x] Change Remarks to Rich Text
  • During next meeting, ask if we should remove the Remarks when creating a draft initally
• [x] Add the Powers and Duties of Traffic Engineer to the table view for all users (authors, TE, and CTE)
  • Add the Reg Type Code Section field to the Draft pages and Review pages (everywhere the regs are displayed - alllll the tables and detail views)
• [x] Look at the retire regulations and updating the language to Delete instead of Install
  • on Draft Regulation page, next to Drafted Regulations to Retire table - add a note to remind Authors to change language from Install to Delete
  • Highlight Regulation text in that table
  • if we do this, we can remove flag at the top of the page
• [x] Bug when on Draft Review page - Installs and Retires should show in different tables
• [x] CTE is seeing 2 approve buttons (because he can approve as a TE and CTE)
  • Attempted to add several page rules and either had both approve buttons showing or no approve buttons showing

Other Requested Changes

• [x] Configure Print Regulation Page - other issue to track this request #10030
• [x] Update bread crumbs when in Draft Review
