Fields Map app and Collector app access question #12830

Good Morning,

Adrian G is currently using the Fields Map app, & previously the Collector app, to upload before & after photos of the homeless encampment cleanups. I was hoping someone could provide me a list of who has access to view these photos & let us know if there is an easy way to download all photos from certain time frames for potential public information requests.

7/24 - I have followed up with the requestor through email to get more information about this request. I requested to receive a link to the current data in AGOL to verify access.
